Old Layout I decided to colour

I decided to colour in a layout, as I'd never actually done this before and wanted to give it a proper go.

This isn't one of my favourite of the bunch layouts I've done, but it was a one field, so I thought I'd colour it faster. Still took a good few hours, but I did it in Flash, so that probably didn't help! I do like how it turned out, but i think I'd have put more love into it if it were one of my preferred/favourite layouts instead. I'll do one of those next. :)

Also, when I showed this is class, everyone said the pipe looked really phallic...so eh, I took out the bend from the original when colouring. Pfft. Some peoples minds are in the gutter. hehe.

Layouts

I've been meaning to scan these layouts properly, and get them up on the web for a while. Finally, after many a metaphorical scraps with my contrary scanner, I finally got them scanned. I plan to use them as a learning excerise for photoshop, and colour them up. Fingers crossed it isn't too tricky. Anyway, hope you don't mind the  vertical posting of them, it's just its so difficult to see the entire layout otherwise. So fingers crossed I'll be posting up lovely painterly versions of these soon enough.
